EVO8244AP Wi-Fi 8 Tri-Band 10G Router/Mesh Beacon
Extend your network into the Wi-Fi 8 era with ultra-high reliability (UHR). EVO8244AP is a tri-band Wi-Fi 8 (802.11bn) access point designed to act as either router or mesh beacon to provide reliable, high-performance coverage throughout the home.
It combines 4×4 radios on both 6 GHz and 5 GHz with a 2x2 2.4 GHz radio, supporting channel widths up to 320 MHz and peak throughput of 11.5 Gbps on 6 GHz. Dual 10 Gigabit interfaces and hardware acceleration ensure the mesh beacon keeps pace with demanding, multi-device households, delivering ~25% improvement in rate-over-range throughput, reduced latency variation, and lower packet loss under heavy load. EVO8244AP is targeted to launch with Plume’s roadmap Firmware Agent.
