An operational update for our valued partners,

The Evolution Digital team hopes that this update finds you, your team members and families well as the country and world face this unprecedented challenge. As each business entity navigates unique challenges in this ever-changing environment, I want to provide an update and guidance on Evolution Digital’s operational status and capabilities.

At this point, we are happy to report our international manufacturing and production environment is steadily returning to a state of normal operating conditions and shipments are continuing to ship to the US. Currently the US ports we utilize are open and operational and shipments continue on a normal delivery schedule to our warehouse in Colorado.

We are taking all precautions to protect the safety and welfare of our employees by following all CDC guidelines as well as adhering to all state and local restrictions. By doing so we have adjusted our workforce management to allow all nonessential employees to work from home and created a staggered schedule to allow our warehouse, shipping and support services to continue normal operating procedures. 

We are also happy to report our Colorado warehouse is at the stocking level we anticipated, and we are ready to meet all second quarter demand. With interstate transit uninterrupted deliveries are continuing to ship to customers across the US and Canada. 

At this time, we are operating at a high level of operational capacity. There is always the potential for additional mandated national and local restrictions. It is for this reason we strongly urge all customers to place all second quarter PO’s as soon as possible indicating delivery dates so that Evolution can continue to meet all demand requirements while supporting our partners and employees as we all deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.
