Evolution Digital LLC said today that it has acquired another video-technology company, i-Velozity LLC.
I-Velozity offers a low-cost Internet-protocol video-on-demand (IP VOD) platform that “enables cable companies and telcos to offer services that generate new recurring revenue,” Centennial-based Evolution said in today’s announcement, adding that “i-Velozity’s anytime, anywhere, any device content delivery supports individual and packaged video services and delivers them on demand.”
